- Fully completed scholarship application.
- Two letters of recommendation, on letterhead, from instructors or employers.
- Official high school transcript showing a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher dated within 30 days of submission of your application.
- Typed essay of 1,000 words or less on how this scholarship will help you achieve your educational goals and how you plan to positively impact your community once your education is completed.
All required documentation must be submitted digitally (below) or mailed at the time of application.
Only those applications submitted through this form or mailed through the U.S. Postal Service and postmarked no later than May 9, 2025 will be accepted.
